Training Description
SPA HIRAC is a 5-day DOLE Prescribed training that meets the requirements for Safety Officer 3 (SO3) in all industries. It consists of two parts: SPA, Safety Program Audit, is a 40-hour DOLE Advanced OSH SO3 Training , and HIRAC, Hazard Identification,
Risk Assessment, and Control, is an 8-hour DOLE Specialized OSH SO3 Training. The training is conducted in Taglish, a combination of Tagalog and English.
Training Prerequisite
SPA HIRAC is a training program specifically designed for Safety Officer 3 (SO3) who have completed either 40 hours of Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training. However, the HIRAC component of
the training can be taken by all safety officers who have completed BOSH SO1, BOSH SO2, or COSH training.
Requirements to Submit
2 x 2 ID picture in plain or white background
Any government-issued ID or company ID
Proof of Payment
Certificate of Completion (BOSH SO2 or COSH)
Registration Includes
Two (2) DOLE Accredited QR-coded Certificates of Completion, (softcopy will be emailed, hardcopy will be delivered for free), softcopy of trainers' presentations

The trainers for the SPA HIRAC for Safety Officer 3 Training are accredited by DOLE and are either Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner (OSHP) or Occupational Safety and Health Consultant (OSHC). They are OSH professionals
and subject matter experts who will share their knowledge, skills, and experiences during the training, providing valuable learning opportunities for participants.
