Seminar is Online Live via Zoom conducted by DOLE Accredited OSH Trainer

Registration Fee is 2,500 per head, for ecopy only, DOLE Accredited Certificate of Completion signed by a DOLE Accredited OSH Consultant. Registration Fee is 2,000 per head, for ecopy only, Non-DOLE Accredited Certificate of Completion signed by a DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner. Note, pay 250 pesos, if you want us to print and ship the hardcopy. Add 500 pesos if chosen is a weekend schedule

NOTE: ANY of the certificate you choose is in compliance with DOLE requirement, either signed by DOLE OSH Consultant or Practitioner; and either DOLE or Non-DOLE Accredited Certificate, BOTH are in COMPLIANCE with DOLE DO 198-18. Its just your choice and preference.
